1. Overview

L.L Global (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides fulfillment, logistics, and operational infrastructure that enables creators and public figures (“Creators”) to deliver physical items and memorabilia to customers (“Customers”) worldwide.

L.L Global does not act as a seller of goods. Transactions for items occur directly between the Creator and the Customer. L.L Global provides fulfillment services only.

2. Role of L.L Global

L.L Global operates as a third-party fulfillment and logistics provider, responsible for:

• Order processing and coordination

• Packaging and handling

• Shipping and delivery logistics

• Customer support related to fulfillment

L.L Global does not:

• Set item pricing

• Collect creator payments for items

• Own or produce the items sold

• Act as a marketplace or reseller

3. Payments

3.1 Creator Payments

Customers pay Creators directly for items or services.
L.L Global is not responsible for:

• Pricing set by Creators

• Payment disputes between Customers and Creators

• Refunds related to creator transactions

3.2 Fulfillment Fees

Customers pay L.L Global a separate fulfillment fee for:

• Processing

• Packaging

• Shipping

• Logistics services

This fee is independent of the Creator’s earnings.

4. Orders & Fulfillment

• Orders are only processed after fulfillment payment is completed

• Creators are responsible for providing the item as described

• L.L Global handles fulfillment once the item is received or confirmed

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on:

• Creator turnaround time

• Shipping location

• Carrier delays

5. Shipping & Delivery

L.L Global provides global shipping to 180+ countries.

Customers will receive:

• Tracking information upon shipment

• Delivery updates where available

L.L Global is not responsible for delays caused by:

• Customs processing

• Carrier issues

• Incorrect shipping information provided by the Customer

6. Returns & Refunds

6.1 Creator-Related Issues

Refunds related to:

• Item quality

• Incorrect item

• Failure to deliver

must be resolved directly with the Creator.

6.2 Fulfillment Fees

Fulfillment fees are non-refundable once processing has begun.

Exceptions may apply in cases of:

• Failure of service by L.L Global

• Verified logistics errors

7. Creator Responsibilities

Creators agree to:

• Fulfill orders accurately and honestly

• Provide items as described

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

• Not submit prohibited or illegal content

Failure to comply may result in removal from the platform.

8. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

• Provide accurate shipping and contact information

• Complete both creator payment and fulfillment payment

• Comply with all applicable laws

9. Prohibited Items

Creators may not submit items that are:

• Obscene, Illegal or restricted in any jurisdiction

• Hazardous or unsafe for shipping

• In violation of intellectual property rights

L.L Global reserves the right to refuse fulfillment of any item.

10. Limitation of Liability

L.L Global is not liable for:

• Creator actions or failure to fulfill orders

• Payment disputes between Creators and Customers

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for fulfillment services.

11. Modifications

L.L Global reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
